For partners who want help navigating the discomfort that comes with growing together.
SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION CALL
There is no “right” stage to seek support in a relationship.
This is the emotional world of partners who care deeply, yet feel stuck between protecting the relationship and expressing what’s actually true.
I know this terrain well.
Having conversations where both partners feel heard and understood
Understanding conflict as usable information you can navigate together
Creating new ways of relating that support who you are now
Developing honesty that strengthens connection instead of threatening it
Rebuilding emotional safety, curiosity, and intimacy
These conversations can feel vulnerable and daunting. My role is to hold the complexity without judgment and help you stay connected while telling the truth. I bring humor, attunement, and gentle accountability into the room so nothing gets oversimplified and nothing gets avoided. Partners have space to speak fully, feel heard, and take responsibility for what they bring to the relationship.
This work isn’t about endless talking without movement. Most partners or people in relationships who work with me come in ready to engage and make meaningful shifts. My goal is not to keep you in therapy long-term, but to help you build the clarity, communication, and relational skills you need to move forward with confidence.
Home is a big part of the work I do, especially in New York, where couples are often living, working, parenting, and managing life out of the same small spaces. When everything blends together, relationships can stop feeling like shelter and start feeling like another place you have to hold it all together. Therapy helps you cultivate emotional home inside your partnership so safety, connection, honesty, and rest can return, even in the middle of busy, complicated lives.
BEGIN THE WORK
If your challenges live inside family dynamics, such as sibling relationships, grief over a parent, or multigenerational patterns, Adult Family Therapy may be the right fit.
If your primary questions center around desire, intimacy, or sexual identity, Sex Therapy offers focused support for those conversations individually or with a partner.
If you find yourself wanting space to explore things individually, you may be drawn to Individual Therapy, which focuses on overfunctioning, self-trust, boundaries, and personal growth.
Sometimes couples therapy isn’t the exact starting point.
